Beauty Breaks

Self-care can be defined as a meaningful gift of self-love and appreciation.

I am always more productive if I take a break. Whether I  take an hour, a day, or just 15 minutes out of my busy schedule, I will feel refreshed after stepping away from my hectic life.

I tell you another plus: taking a break may even inspire you to come up with fresh ideas.

So, my  "beauty breaks" are  not just about physical appearance but also about nourishing my body, mind, and soul. By incorporating these practices into your routine, you can enjoy the process and experience a greater sense of well-being.

I share with you some of my “ beauty breaks “ :

 

Hair care: Develop a hair care routine that includes washing, conditioning, and nourishing your hair. Additionally, I consider treatments such as hair masks or deep conditioning to keep your locks healthy and vibrant.

 

Makeup: Experiment with makeup to enhance your features and express your personal style. Take time to learn different techniques and find products that work well for you. Remember, makeup should be used to enhance your natural beauty, and embracing your unique features is essential, important note: do not overuse makeup, prefer light make-up to heavy make-up that masks your natural beauty

 

Lashes : this is a must! Russian volume lashes, also known as volume lashes or 3D lashes, are a popular type of eyelash extension technique that creates a fuller and more voluminous look.Try it! 

 

Brow Mapping : this is a technique that is used to help find the ideal brow shape on your face.To this I personally add a bit of tint so that they are well shaped.

 

Sun bath : Sunbathing refers to the practice of exposing your body to sunlight, typically for the purpose of enjoying warmth, relaxation, and acquiring a tan.
