💪 Don’t Decrease the Goal. Increase the Effort. (And maybe your playlist volume too.)

Let’s be honest. We’ve all had that gym day. You walk in with the ambition of a warrior… and then five minutes into warm-up your brain whispers:

“We could… do half the reps and still be legends, right?”

Wrong.
Because we don’t lower the goal around here. We crank up the grind.

Today’s session? A full-body reminder that strength doesn’t come from comfort — it comes from consistency… and maybe from yelling internally while doing Bulgarian split squats.

🔁 Round one:
Felt good. Confidence level: Beyoncé on stage.

🔁 Round two:
Muscles started whispering: “Silvia, are you sure this is a good idea?”

🔁 Round three:
Breathing like a dragon. Sweat level: illegal. Confidence level: questionable.

But guess what? We kept going. Because power isn’t just in how much you lift — it’s in showing up, pushing past your limits, and not letting the voice that says “stop” win.

I may not have looked glamorous doing it (pretty sure my hair achieved its own ecosystem), but that final rep? Victory. Not because it was perfect, but because I didn’t give up when I so wanted to.

Also: let’s talk gym mirrors. They catch you mid-lunge, face like a tomato, and you still think “not bad.” That’s progress, baby.

So no — we’re not lowering our goals.
We’re training harder.
We’re sweating smarter.
We’re laughing at the pain (mostly so we don’t cry).

Because when the goal is big, the effort needs to be bigger.

And I don’t know about you, but I’m here for the fight... enjoy the video!
