What Training for a Motorcycle Taught Me About My Body 🏍️
I started doing something slightly unusual recently.

I’ve always believed that sport is about much more than physical performance.
Whether it’s a gym session, Pilates, horse riding, or simply taking care of your body, every form of movement has something to teach us.
Not only about strength.
But about discipline.
Consistency.
Patience.
Resilience.
And the mindset we bring to every challenge.
This section isn’t about telling you how to train.
It’s about sharing the lessons, reflections and experiences that sport has taught me over the years.
Sometimes serious.
Sometimes light-hearted.
Sometimes unexpected.
But always inspired by one simple idea:
The way we approach sport often reflects the way we approach life.
