Yes, The ones who don’t use it as currency to get something.
Who don’t smile to manipulate, but because it feels right.
Who are kind not just when it’s easy — but especially when it’s not.
I like people who don’t treat kindness as a reward.
Who don’t ask for your emotional résumé before offering a human gesture.
Who help even when there’s nothing to gain. Who listen, even when they don’t have the answers.
I like the ones who hold the door open,
even when their own heart is under renovation.
Who choose respect, even after being hurt.
Who don’t need to put you in your place — because they’ve never forgotten theirs.
True kindness makes no noise.
It doesn’t need hashtags.
It doesn’t announce itself. It doesn’t explain itself.
It’s lived. It’s breathed. It’s passed on.
I like people like that.
Because with them, you don’t wonder if you’re enough.
You feel safe even when you’re falling apart.
And without even trying, they remind you of something powerful:
Kindness isn’t weakness.
It’s strength that chose not to shout.
Silvia 😉
