Balance starts long before you enter the arena.
If you ask any rider what matters most, they’ll say “balance.”
But the truth is: balance begins far away from the saddle.
For me, it starts here — on the Reformer.
These exercises are the backbone of my training, the ones I never skip, even on the busiest days. Not because they’re glamorous, but because they keep everything aligned: core, hips, breath, focus.
The Reformer forces you to be present.
It teaches you to activate muscles you didn’t know existed.
It reveals exactly where your balance begins — and where it ends.
Riding is precision.
Movement is geometry.
And the core is the silent architect behind everything we do with a horse.
That’s why this work matters.
It’s not about flexibility or aesthetics.
It’s about control, awareness, stability — the foundations of every elegant movement.
Small exercises. Big results.🙌
