Why I Finally Decided to Open My Executive Coaching Practice

Published on 28 July 2026 at 15:16

Over the past few years, something unexpected has happened.

Whether I was speaking on podcasts, writing articles, working with business leaders, entrepreneurs, athletes or professionals, the conversations kept returning to the same place.

Pressure.

Not because they all had the same job.

Because they all faced the same challenge.

Making important decisions when emotions are high.

Leading other people while carrying responsibility themselves.

Staying focused when uncertainty makes every choice feel heavier.

Trying to perform without losing clarity, confidence or direction.

Pressure doesn’t only exist in boardrooms.

It exists in sport.

In business.

In leadership.

And sometimes, simply in everyday life.

The environment changes.

Human behaviour doesn’t.

That’s why I’ve never seen pressure as the enemy.

Pressure is a tool.

When we learn how to work with it instead of fighting against it, we think more clearly, make better decisions and perform with greater confidence.

Because pressure doesn’t create who we are.

It reveals who we are.

That is why, over time, more and more people started asking me the same question:

“Can I work with you directly?”

For a long time, the answer wasn’t always clear.

Today, it is.

I’ve created a dedicated Executive Coaching section for people who want to think more clearly, make better decisions and perform at their best when the pressure is real.

Every coaching journey is different.

Some clients are executives.

Some are entrepreneurs.

Some are athletes.

Some are professionals navigating important decisions.

Some simply find themselves at a turning point in their personal or professional lives.

What they all have in common is this:

They don’t need someone to motivate them.

They need someone who helps them see more clearly, think more strategically and move forward with confidence.

My role isn’t to provide ready-made answers.

It’s to help people discover better questions, stronger decisions and a more effective way of responding when the pressure is highest.

Because leadership isn’t measured when everything goes according to plan.

It’s revealed in moments of uncertainty, responsibility and change.

If that is the conversation you’re looking for, I’d be delighted to hear from you.
