Every morning, a horse reminds me who I am ❤️♥️

My life choice wasn’t an escape. It didn’t happen by accident.

It was a calling — quiet, but powerful — and I followed it.

Diving into the world of horses was my way of honoring a deep, instinctive love for animals.

But over time, I realized it wasn’t just about them. It was about finding something raw, real, and grounding — a connection that no city, no screen, no crowd could ever give me.

Every morning at 5 a.m., I walk into the stable.

No noise. No notifications. No chaos.

Just silence. Earth. Breath.

And in that stillness, I find peace.

Everything clicks into place.

Taking care of my horses isn’t just a task — it’s a responsibility I’ve chosen.

I’m the one who trains them, feeds them, listens to them.

I’m the one who notices every little change in their body and mood.

They depend on me. And in my hardest moments… I depend on them. ♥️

Because when life throws punches — and it does, more often than people imagine — I can’t afford to sit on the couch feeling sorry for myself.

There’s no one else doing the job.

They need me. Every day. Several times a day.

And that’s what saves me.

Working with my hands keeps my mind steady when emotions try to take over.

It’s my therapy. My discipline. My way of loving through action.

Today, I can honestly say I’m proud of this path.

It gave me strength. Structure. Freedom.

But my work doesn’t stop at the stable door.

Running a place like this means training, teaching, managing… but also creating, communicating, inspiring.

There are days I move straight from mucking out stalls to shooting on set.

Days I juggle horses, emails, clients, and cameras — and somehow still find a rhythm.

And every single day, one thing remains the same: I show up. Fully.

I work seven days a week. No real days off.

But it doesn’t exhaust me — it fuels me.

Because this is how I choose to live: grounded, hands-on, driven.

And every morning, before the world wakes up,

a horse reminds me who I am.

Silvia ❤️
