Some weeks remind me how many different forms work can take.
This was one of them.
The horses were still trained.
The stable remained part of every day, just as it always is.
But alongside that came podcast recordings, conversations, meetings and the quiet work that happens long before new projects become visible.
Years ago, my professional world revolved almost entirely around horses.
Today, horses are still at the center of everything I do.
But they are no longer the only place where I create value.
This week I had the opportunity to speak with podcast hosts from different countries, exchange ideas about leadership, decision-making and performance, and continue building collaborations that I hope will grow over the coming months.
None of those conversations happened by chance.
They are the result of years spent learning that the principles of high performance don’t belong only inside an arena.
They belong anywhere people have to make decisions under pressure.
That is probably what I enjoy most about this stage of my career.
One morning begins in riding boots.
A few hours later I’m sitting behind a microphone discussing resilience, trust or leadership.
The environment changes.
The purpose doesn’t.
Everything I learn with horses continues to shape the conversations I have with entrepreneurs, business leaders and podcast hosts.
And every conversation I have outside the stable somehow brings me back to becoming a better rider, coach and professional.
Because none of these worlds compete with each other.
They strengthen each other.
Looking back, it has been a full week, traveling a lot .
Not because I was constantly moving.
But because every environment gave me the opportunity to keep building the same mission from a different perspective.
