Leadership People Can Trust Private Online Coaching with Silvia Rizzo

You explained the decision. Everyone nodded. Yet the work that followed was different from what you expected.

Now you have to decide how to respond.

Repeat yourself? Take over? Avoid the conversation? Push harder?

Leadership becomes practical in these moments: when your intentions meet somebody else’s understanding, priorities and reactions.

This programme helps you examine how you communicate, delegate and respond when collaboration becomes difficult.

The aim is to give people clear reasons to engage, clear responsibilities and a leader whose actions they can understand and rely on.

Who This Programme Is For:

This programme is for people who lead a team, run a business, coordinate projects or carry responsibility for work involving others.

You may recognise yourself if you:

  • explain expectations but repeatedly encounter misunderstandings;
  • take work back because delegating feels harder than doing it yourself;
  • postpone difficult conversations until frustration takes over;
  • find yourself becoming defensive when someone challenges your decisions;
  • struggle to maintain clear boundaries while remaining open to other perspectives.

We begin with a real leadership situation you are currently facing.

What We Will Work On

Session 1 — Make Expectations Clear

We examine a situation where cooperation is falling short.

What has actually been agreed? What have you assumed people understood? Who owns the decision, who owns the task and where is there room for individual judgment?

You will work on explaining the purpose, responsibilities and expectations in language people can use.

Session 2 — Have the Conversation That Matters

We prepare a specific conversation you need to have: addressing a missed commitment, giving feedback, discussing a disagreement or explaining a difficult decision.

We work on describing what happened, listening to the other person’s perspective and making your position clear.

Convincing requires understanding what the other person has not yet understood—and being willing to discover information you may have missed yourself.

You will define the points you need to address, the questions worth asking and the next steps you want to agree.

Session 3 — Lead Through Your Response

We review what happened when you put the work into practice.

How did you respond to disagreement? Did you leave the autonomy you had promised? Did your actions support the expectations you communicated?

We identify behaviours to continue, changes to make and a practical way to follow up on commitments.

The focus is on developing consistency between what you ask of others and what they experience from you.

My Approach

International sport and entrepreneurship have taught me that giving an instruction is only one part of working with others.

You also need to notice what is happening, communicate precisely and adapt when the response differs from what you expected.

As a Certified Life Coach, I bring that experience into a process of questioning, reflection and practical action.

We will examine your part honestly, including assumptions that may be making a situation harder to resolve.

You cannot control whether someone agrees with you. You can take responsibility for the clarity of your communication, the fairness of your expectations and the way you respond.

Programme Format

Three private online sessions of 60 minutes each, with practical actions agreed between meetings.

The programme follows a clear structure while adapting to your responsibilities and circumstances.
