You meant it when you started.
The decision was yours. The goal mattered. For a while, you followed through.
Then work became demanding. Your schedule changed. You missed a day, postponed the next step—and eventually found yourself preparing to start again.
This programme focuses on what makes an intention survive an ordinary, demanding week.
Motivation changes. Responsibilities continue. Building consistency means deciding how you will act when enthusiasm is no longer doing the work for you.
Who This Programme Is For
This programme is for people who want to follow through on something important but keep losing continuity.
You may recognise yourself if you:
- start strongly but struggle to sustain your effort;
- repeatedly postpone something you have chosen to do;
- abandon a routine when you cannot complete it perfectly;
- make commitments that only fit your least demanding days;
- spend more time planning your next restart than practising.
We begin with one specific commitment from your personal, professional or sporting life.
What We Will Work On
Session 1 — Find Where Continuity Breaks
We examine what happens between deciding and doing.
When do you postpone? What competes for your attention? Is the commitment clear? Does it fit the time and resources you actually have?
We also question whether the goal still matters to you. Continuing deserves a reason, especially when the original excitement has passed.
Session 2 — Build a Structure You Can Use
We turn the commitment into specific actions: what you will do, when you will do it and what preparation it requires.
We define an approach for demanding days and a practical way to resume after an interruption.
The structure must work within your real life, including its responsibilities and changing circumstances.
Session 3 — Review What You Actually Did
We look at your experience between sessions.
Which actions happened? Which did you avoid? What made following through easier, and where did the plan fail to account for reality?
We use that information to adjust your approach and establish a simple way to review your progress independently.
Consistency includes noticing when an approach needs to change. Repeating something ineffective is still repetition.
My Approach
In my work with horses, preparation continues long after the excitement of setting a goal has passed.
There are responsibilities to meet, details to notice and decisions to make every day. That experience has shaped how I understand discipline: through the actions we return to and the standards we practise.
As a Certified Life Coach, I bring that practical perspective into our sessions.
We will examine your choices honestly, identify patterns and build commitments you can take responsibility for. The work will remain personal to you, your circumstances and what you want to pursue.
Programme Format
Three private online sessions of 60 minutes each, with practical actions agreed between meetings.
You will test your approach in daily life and bring those observations into the next session.
