What Happens When Someone Asks the Next Question?

Published on 11 September 2026 at 23:15

Over the past months, I’ve had the privilege of joining hosts from different countries, backgrounds and industries.

And something interesting happened.

We often started with leadership, performance or decision-making — and ended up somewhere completely unexpected.

We talked about what happens after a mistake.
About making decisions when certainty simply isn’t available.
About confidence and ego.
About resilience without pretending everything is fine.
About sport, business, identity, responsibility — and the uncomfortable moments that reveal far more about us than success ever could.

Different hosts asked different questions.

Some challenged my ideas. Some took them into completely new territory. Some made the conversation surprisingly personal.

And that is exactly why I love podcasts.

Because a good conversation isn’t a speech with two microphones.

It takes an idea somewhere you couldn’t have reached alone.

My Podcast & Conversations section has grown considerably, with many new episodes now live and more conversations continuing to arrive.

If you’ve read my articles and wondered what these ideas sound like when someone questions them, challenges them, or asks me to apply them to real life…

this is where you’ll find out.
