Training doesn’t need a special moment.
It doesn’t need perfect conditions.
And it doesn’t need to take over the day!!!
For me, gym work is simply part of the routine — like preparing the horses, driving to training, or organizing the schedule around competitions.
Some days it’s short.
Some days it’s focused on mobility.
Some days it’s strength or stability.
The goal is not to “feel trained.” The goal is to keep the body functional, responsive, and reliable.
I don’t separate training from the rest of my work. I integrate it.
That’s why I prefer simple sessions that fit into real days, not ideal ones.
Exercises that support posture, coordination, and balance — without creating unnecessary fatigue.
Training works best when it doesn’t compete for attention. When it becomes normal.
Consistency grows naturally when movement is treated as maintenance, not performance.
